Senator Waters asking about the Cape York World Heritage listing process

Following the announcement that the Queensland Government is giving back money to the Commonwealth that it had been allocated to consult on the Cape York World Heritage listing process, Senator Waters asked the Department how it was planning to continue consultations, particularly with traditional owners.
